Default Green Beans with a difference

Serves 4. Relatively low cal (65 cals per serving, only 25% from fat). You really dedicated vegs could replace the Worcestershire with more Bragg's instead. Taaaaasty ....

Drain and reserve half the liquid from:

2 (15 ounce) cans green beans

Put the liquid into a saucepan over low heat. Add, stirring to dissolve:

1 cube beef bouillon cube
or 2 tablespoons Bragg's liquid aminos

When bouillon/Bragg's is mixed in, add:

the green beans (from the cans above)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter
garlic pepper seasoning to taste

Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with liquid, and a slotted spoon.

It's not what we have in our life, but who we have in our life that counts. (J.M. Lawrence)
