Mine is original. It's one of my few natural gifts (the other ones are pissing bosses off and gaining weight if I LOOK at chocolate).

Hey,

If you want my advice on dieting, send me a pm... I'd be happy to tell you what works for me.

As for exercising, I'd tell you this. I shoot for some form of cardiovascular workout that lasts no less than 35 minutes a day, (usually 40-45 plus crunches and weights)every single stinkin day of the week.

That way on a good week I end up making it there 5 days a week, which is what you are supposed to get. If I shot for 5, I'd only make it 3...

I almost never like going. I still do it.

After I get off light duty I will be hitting the gym almost everyday... got PD dreams.... I will run 1.5 miles a day to start then go up from there. Also I need to work on my upper body strength. I would like to gain about 15-25 pounds of muscle.....right....

That ellyptical machine is the best, and you might be able to do it on light duty, or a really low setting. It is the best way to build strength and cardio without wrecking the knees, and it isnt too hard to go from there to adding a quarter mile of a jog on the treadmill, and building up slowly.

I hate it and I love it.
