Default baked cheese

Assiaggo and parmison,(sp) about 3/8" deep in a corning ware type pan. Bake until golden brown and them let cool.
Got the idea from a great steakhouse and we tried it at home, exellent!

Wow! Interesting recipe. I'll have to try it.

Incidentally, cuuuuuute picture of the baby racc. I love when they're that age ... what nuts they are.

I know, they are really cute. 4 me, skunks at that age are even better. I love em. They just have a hair trigger though, thank God they don't have much essence yet.
