First you remove the drones (3 on Scottish and 2 on Irish) and the chanter, then you stuff it full of oatmeal and animal guts and a pound or two of black pepper, and then you place it in the over @ 150 degrees for about 6 hours.

I dunno, she seems much too professional for that crowd ... I watched once for about half an episode and gave up. It's like watching a hockey game with nothing but fights ...

Iíll let Scooter tell the story, but she has already been there and it didnít work out. She was too professional, and they wanted drama queens.

Hells kitchen picture. We could not take any pictures during the interview stage but I had one of the girls take one when the director wasn't looking. This is me trying on the jackets. I was trying to find the right size.
