I see a couple of things in there that may either be illegal for sale in the US, or at least very difficult to find.

I think I'd rather die of starvation before I'd try to eat that uh, stuff?

Just think of it as a very large hot dog with a strong taste of liver. Nobody really knows what is in a hot dog, yet we eat them by the thousands.

Fortunately while I was growing up I was never fed liver. Once I learned its function in my grade school biology class I was pretty sure I wouldn't be eating it in this lifetime.
I try to stay away from hot dogs too, its taboo in my diet according to my doctor, although I will eat me some Scrapple, must be the Philly boy in me!

It's delicious ... but it's definitely it's own flavor. Kinda like bagpipes. You either love them or you hate them.

How in the ---- does one make Vegetarian Haggis?

I was wondering, if you use mouse lungs, could you make haggis poppers?

When I went to the Phoenix Highland games they ran out of haggis. My buddy Keys found a place at the games that sells haggis sausages they tasted spot on! It was an American company but for the life of me I can't remember what they were called. I would totally buy a case.

Cheers, Scooterchic
