Default My new Diet,...It's a diet for Champion ACOs

Pork and Beans, 5 20 - 40 oz bottles of Mountin Dew a day & 2 Custard filled Donuts!

It's a 3 course meal for me and it keeps me in shape. Yes! I eat pork and beans for brestfest! You get the single served ones,.. I like the Brushe's Pork and Beans,..You know the one that has the talking Golden Retiever????

If you're seeing talking golden retrievers, you might want to cut down to 4 Mountain Dew's a day.

My heart attack...ah...I mean breakfast consists of a red pork burrito, delivered for free, by a local restaurant/Sheriff's Dept. Supporter and a diet pepsi. Seems ridiculous to drink a "diet" soda with a totally fattening burrito but I can't handle the sugar in regular soda and I don't like coffee but need the cafeine.

You must ride alone. If my partner ate beans for breakfast, I'd make him ride in the back of the truck with the dogs!

My daily sustinance lately has been...

Stopping at 7-11 on my way out of the shelter to the field
pick up :

2 slim jims .99 each
2 hersheys with almonds .99 each
2 bags of smokehouse almonds .99 each
1 20 ounce cherry coke 1.99
1 20 ouch flavored water 1.99

this lasts me the entire 10 hour shift and gives me the energy I need to keep going. I realize I am spending about 10 bucks a day. That sucks Gonna have to stop at Cosco one of these days and load up so I an cutting costs.
BUT I haven't gained any weight out in the field like a lot of my fellow ACOs, I've actually lost 10 more pounds. I also haven't been eating much of a dinner, usually just a salad and a few bites of what I make for the kids.

Default wow

Who has time to eat? However I am able to nibble this or that now and then, but normally end up eating my lunch for dinner.

I think I would die if I ate any of that. Granted my metabolism runs about like a humming bird so I need the carbs and protein.
Breakfast: eggs in some form (A must when one has 8 chickens and 2 ducks) or if Iím lazy homemade granola. (I know its a hippy thing but damn its good and it lasts you for a long time)
lunch and/or dinner: a sandwich or a bagel and then leftovers from dinner the night before. Oh yeah did i mention some coffee and then some coffee and then if I need it later some coffee.
