Default Police Officer killed at dog at large complant.

About a year ago a female police officer went to speak to the owner of a dog that had been at large. As she was walking from her patrol vehicle to the house the dog owner opened the front door and shot her. Does anyone know what department she was working for? I need this information for a class that I teaching. Thanks Jim

No idea, i'll ask around. I have a firearm pulled on me twice now, and tone other occassion involving another ACO in my department. It was only then did I convince them to purchase body armor. Glad it didn't take a death to get it done.
