McD's is our normal choice. We're not lucky we only have a few to choose from Arby's (too expensive for my salary), KFC, and subway(which both suck here) so not too much to choose from. You know y'all down in Newport News are lucky, got Chik fil a on every corner. They are the best ever. Damn i'm hungry now.

For the record, I am not adding Del Taco, Jack in the Box, KFC, Popeyes, Chic-Fil-A, or Orange Julius at this time.

Anybody here remember GINO'S ? Home of the Gino Giant (a banquet on a bun). And official outlet for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Definatly Subway for me as well. 12" chicken bacon and ranch sub with extra ranch sauce and tomatos, along with Subway's macadamia (sp?) nut cookies and a pepsi is my meal of choice (have it at LEAST 2 times a week).
Closely behind Subway on my fave's list is that Toxic Hell stuff that is properly known as Taco Bell.

An all of the above depending on the day would have been good. The one thing that is not on there that most of us in Ca. would have checked is " In-n-Out". Love the burgers there, but most of the time the lines are just too long for me . Jim

I've taken to stocking up on healthy snacks at costco that I can just stick in a cooler on my way out the door in a rush:
String cheese
Canned fruit in light syrup (snack size)
Yogurt
Sugar-free jello
Weight loss shakes
Diet Coke

...For someone who wakes up at 9:30 and starts work at 10 that's been working out for me so far so good.
Packing your own lunch can be intimidating when you imagine making everything yourself. Convenience is key.

Another place to get something healthy on the go is becoming safeway. They're making their own sushi right in front of you, way more appetizing than the stuff at 7-11

He didn't put posters up or anything, he just sat on the porch like a goon and waited. That little boy's gotta think 'You got a pet. You got a responsibility.' If your dog is lost you don't look for an hour then call it quits. You get your butt out there and you find that dog.
