Default Ordinance info

we are looking into re-vamping our animal ordinances and are trying to get some different ideas. our ordinances are out dated and pretty vague. i have been to and got a few ideas, but it is very teadious trying to look through all that stuff. if anyone has some good, specific ordinances, id like to have some good ideas. you can either post them on here, email them to me or give me a website to go to. we are specificlly looking into changing our cruelty/neglect ordinance....stuff like keeping animals in parked vehicles, chaining animals, what is considered adequate shelter...etc. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Always happy to add to the mix. PM or email me for suggestions. I have lots of codes from other areas that make for good foundation material....

Ours need a serious overhaul too, better stay away from Richmond codes, lol. BTW our 'shelter' is described as something sufficient to protect from the elements; Travel crates DON'T cut it. Not sure why people have such a hard time swallowing that one.
