I usually go home for lunch (if possible). I tried packing a lunch and keeping it in the fridge at the station. Stopped doing that after the first three lunches disappeared. Apparently police officers don't mind "seizing" other officers lunches (flashback to kindergarten). Then again, as old as some of the stuff that's in there...the other food may have eaten my lunches.

I've kicked the greasy drive thru food...not all drive thru food, just places where the food soaks through the wrapper, bag, and truck seats. So far so good, 30 pounds lighter since January! I try to stick to Subway or Firehouse Subs, anything healthy (or at least healthier).

With 4 to feed, it is not always easy to find some place we all like. Now that my son is 19, he almost never goes out with us, so it is down to 3 which makes it a little easier.

Mc D's; I could live there, but the wife and daughter donít care for it.

BK ; I could live there, but the wife and daughter donít care for it.

Wendyís; The wife and I love it, but my daughter is not that crazy about it.

Arbyís; We all like it

Roy Rogers; ?????? Never heard of it.

Subway; Good for me, the wife and daughter are OK with it.

Hardees; None in my area, but I like it when I can find one.

Taco Something; Bell, good, Beuno, not so good.

Sonic; Good for all.

Mom & ?????? Never heard of it.

Tofu Drive Thru; ?????? Never heard of it.

Chinese something; No drive through around here, they are all buffets.

Dairy Queen; Local franchise went under, so it is a long trip to find one. However, itís good when we do come across one.

7-11 or WaWa; 7-11, I have only gotten drinks there. WaWa ?????? Never heard of it.

Im on a wieght lose kick atm. Going for twice a day shake ordeal. Herbal Life. Get 3 things to drink. Keeps me full for a few hours. Still gotta snak on things tho. I still get to be bad tho. Have a cheese burger at times. Or go to my favorite 2 resturants. Get my chilli fix and my BBQ fix. Rudy's BBQ (Think they originate in Texas. Correct me if im wrong) Love it there. Hopefully i can get them to cater my wedding lol.

So far about 11 lbs lost with that herbal life and good excerise. I try to stay away from Fast foods. But some days liquid just aint gonna cut it lol.

If it is beef BBQ, then itís Texas. If itís some freaking pig, then it ainít from around here.

When my Dr determined that I was borderline diabetic, they put me on a carb watch diet. I can do 60 at the three main meals and 15 for3 snacks per day. I started buying the little Banquet frozen dinners at Wal Mart for $.88 each, and they fall within my limits on carbs and also fat. I initially dropped 15 pounds, but as the glucose came down, so did my adherence to my diet. I still do my frozen dinners, and at less than $5 per week, it is saving me more than $100 per month as compared to fast food every day.
