Default Ham & Bean Soup (R) by request

1 Honey Baked (brand) ham carcass
1 Mixed Bean soup mix (Honey Baked Ham store brand)
12 cups US tap water
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Lowrys Season salt
1 DAK ham (cubed)
1 pkg leftover Honey baked ham slices (frozen from last ham)

Add all ingredients in large pot.
Boil.
Stir.
Taste.
Add spices as needed.
Boil some more.
Cool.
Dredge fat from top of soup with papertowels.
Cool some more.
Remove ham bone carcass (now truly dead)
Enjoy....

Yes, I have. I have one at home and use it to make the TGIFriday's Jack Daniels stuffs. It's worth getting it... you can also check out the recipes on the Web... just google search.
