Hi gang,

A deputy sheriff running an animal cruelty training class asked me to create a handout for the body conditioning chart info we have on the site. In case it may be helpful to anyone, here it is:

Thats a great chart. One additional physical condition I use in court for an emaciated k-9 is the fact that the top of the skull-protrudes like a knot. Although it is not true for all breeds like Basset Hounds. My Basset has always has a knot head.

Purina's a good one too, judges seem to like it. They'll send em to you free.
