Life--and religion--are all about choices. I think that when we educate ourselves and do some soul searching, we will tend to become wiser and then able to make the correct decision as it is revealed to us through reason, understanding, and conviction.

I've always been seriously suspect of the Atkins diet. It makes people lose weight, that is undeniable, but cutting out so much of the healthy stuff never seemed too--well--healthy to me.
