When, and if, I do get the chance to become an ACO after education and courses...which state should I look to move to?

I don't want to work in the big cities, I can't stand big cities...i'm a bit of a country girl - love having Taco Bell right down the street though lol!!

I really like watching Houston ASPCA on tv because they work with horses, cattle, etc. along with city animals like cats and dogs. I love to work with larger animals, horses are my favorite! I would love to work somewhere near country but I am clueless as to which states would be good choices for that...someone mentioned northern CA but I don't have a clue, never been there!

Any help would be great - i'd love to hear about which state you work in, what kind of animals you MAINLY see, and why you prefer that state/area!

*I*'d love to see folks like you come and work here, in Maryland, but, honestly, you would be a bit overqualified here. I think there's a lot of challenge in the kinds of situations you could face but that downside is very significant
